"I want to start by saying that Amanda Hammett has always been professional and courteous with me in our interactions and I had no desire to leave her office. Absolutely horrible customer service from her office manager, Brenda! I'm getting my insurance turned back on post deployment and I called to get an explanation and better understand the billing issues as they were not making sense to me upon my return. Brenda was incredibly rude, combative, and continued to interrupt and cut me off while asking questions, and eventually hung up on me. I called back with no answer. I wasn't rude, didn't raise my voice, no bad language, just confused, and I even apologized for being confused as I could tell she was clearly growing more impatient and difficult to speak to. Brenda was increasingly argumentative, emotional, unprofessional and did not represent her office in a good light. Horrible experience and atrocious customer service. Go somewhere else for your vehicle insurance. Do not recommend with this new office manager in place."

"I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this office. The manager Brenda Deleon provides excellent service and is always helpful and available. Whether filing a new claim or requesting insurance documentation, my needs have always been handled diligently and efficiently. This is why all of the family vehicles and my home are insured through this office. In addition to the great customer service, their insurance prices are competitive and very hard to beat if you bundle. Highly recommend."

"I had a very unpleasant experience with the agent / company was trying to get a over the phone quote the lady keep saying should couldn’t hear me which I can hear her clear over the phone. They should fix there phone lines in order to do busy professional. I recommend to do not call them for a quote over the phone. I’m calling another State Farm agent to get my quote!"

"Charr is a rockstar! My dad just moved to San Diego. With him being deaf and being in a new area, I had to handle a lot of new insurance business for him. Charr made this process extremely easy, but she went above and beyond and explained how to navigate the DMV and auto laws during the pandemic. She got it all done and put us all at ease. Thank you!!"
